You can actually hire a mix of divisions from both nations in the same campaign, although you will need to select a specific company to lead the charge in each RTS mission. The US and British forces will be playable. Occasionally, you send elite sniper teams to assassinate a Nazi officer, rescue Italian resistance fighters during the siege of the Wehrmacht, and plan your campaign across a strategic map that competes with Total War in detail.
